Hosting a Formal Event?

Please Read First


We highly recommend that your photo booth rental be for the full duration of your reception. Reservation times less than your reception time will require us to setup and break down your booth during your reception which can be disruptive to your formal event. Please review the following timeline as an example.

 4:00pm - 5:00pm:  Ceremony
5:00pm - 6:00pm:  Cocktail Hour (We are setting up your photo booth)
6:00pm - 10:00pm:  Main Reception (4 hours of photo booth fun)

 
Awesome Entertainment arrives 1 hour prior to your requested start time to set up your booth. In the above example, 5pm, this allows your booth to be ready after they move from cocktail hour into the main ballroom (6pm-10pm). If you choose a two or three hour reservation, this would require us to either setup or breakdown your booth sometime during your reception.

In the event that your ceremony and/or cocktail hour occupy that same space as your reception, you may want to request "idle time" which would request us to setup earlier to avoid disruption to your event. If you are unsure, please provide us with your event timeline and locations in your message so we can assist you.
